Deprecation Notice
The Marketing version 202303 (Marketing March 2023) and below has been sunset and the unversioned APIs are going to be sunset soon. We recommend that you migrate to the versioned APIs as well as migrate to the new Content and Community Management APIs to avoid disruptions. See the Migration page for more details. If you haven’t yet migrated and have questions, submit a request on the LinkedIn Developer Support Portal.

Use the Organizations and Brand APIs to create, update, and delete your organization and brand information. This API supports view analytics, notifications, and share content. You can also enable members to follow organizations and view suggested organizations.

Unless otherwise specified, authenticated members must be assigned specific organization roles to use endpoints that retrieve, create, or modify an organization or its related data.

Organizational Entities

URNs uniquely identify organizational entities and can be generated with existing company or showcase IDs.

Both resources share common fields and similarities in how data is accessed, and may only be modified by members who have been granted specific Organization Roles.
