Getting white-listed again after domain black-listing?

My domain has been black-listed by LinkedIn servers after I misread the rate limits, so inadvertently kept exceeding them.

I've now changed my scripts so it doesn't hit the LinkedIn API limits. But I can't get any information out of the LinkedIn API any more.

Is there any system to appeal against this blacklisting? I don't mind if my domain is temporarily put on 'watch' or something - I'm confident I won't exceed the API rate limits again.

*bump* - is there an email or dev group I can contact to ask about this?

We can't make any promises because our blacklist doesn't kick in until someone has an incredibly high rate of traffic (usually when someone's trying to scrap our API for data) we can take a look if you give us your API key and IP address.

Again, however, our API doesn't support scraping or data mining, so if that kind of behavior is detected it'll be blocked again (even if the throttle limits aren't hit).
